Our tenant find service includes the following:

Consultation regarding your requirements and preferences for the tenancy
Finding a suitable tenant for your property
Full referencing & eligibility checks
Creation and execution of tenancy agreement
Providing full advice to the tenant/s regarding registering/notifying the local authorities and utility companies of their move
Advice regarding deposit registration and protection
Fee only chargeable in first year. No charge for renewals.

Full Management - 10%

(no VAT on top)

Our full management service includes in the Tenant Find Only Service plus:

Day to day management of the property including all queries from the tenant/s.
Arrangement for appropriate tradesmen to make necessary repairs and decoration. In excess of £100, we will obtain your approval prior to instructing any work.

Management Only - 5%

(no VAT on top)

Our Management Only service includes:

Day to day management of the property including all queries from the tenant/s.
Arrangement for appropriate tradesmen to make necessary repairs and decoration. In excess of £100, we will obtain your approval prior to instructing any work.

Check in & out photo inventory (payable by landlord) - Between £100 and £140

Additional visit to the property during the tenancy - £50 per visit

Rent collection - 1% in addition to current fees

Arrangement of Energy Performance Certificate - £80

Arrangement of Gas Safety Certificate - £80

Testing of Electrical Equipment - £70

Tenant Referencing Fee - £30
