1. The referral must be made by contacting us via email or via the referral form with the name and contact details of the potential new client.

2. The referral gift is a non-transferable cash amount of £100 which will be made via bank transfer into your chosen bank account.

3. The referral gift will be paid only after we have successfully let the property. A successful let is deemed to be achieved once a the tenanacy agreement has been signed and the deposit has been received.

4. Only one referral free will be paid per landlord, no further payments will be made for additional properties.

5. No further referral gift’s will be made if the new client renews their business with us in future.

6.In the event that the same landlord is referred by two or more people, the referral free will be paid out to the first party only.

7. Permission to refer must be sought from the landlord prior to making the referral.

8. ChristopherLily reserve the right to decline an instruction.

• Consultation regarding your requirements and preferences for the tenancy

• Finding a suitable tenant for your property

• Full referencing & eligibility checks

• Creation and execution of tenancy agreement

• Providing full advice to the tenant/s regarding registering/notifying the local authorities and utility companies of their move

• Advice regarding deposit registration and protection

• Fee only chargeable in first year. No charge for renewals.
