That's why I founded Christopher Lily.
The business is named after my grandparents, Christopher and Lily. Choosing a family name felt right because this has always been a personal business, built on long-term relationships and the trust my clients place in me.
After years of working in the property industry, I became frustrated by how impersonal the experience had become. Clients were often passed from one person to another, calls weren't returned, and too many decisions were driven by speed rather than careful judgement.
When you work with Christopher Lily, you'll deal directly with me from start to finish. I take the time to understand your circumstances, your goals and your property, because no two clients are the same.
Whether I'm helping a landlord find the right tenant, supporting a family with the sale of their home or advising an investor on their next purchase, I believe every client deserves thoughtful advice and a service that feels personal.
I don't believe in taking shortcuts. Finding the right tenant is far more important than finding the quickest tenant, and I would rather take the time to get things right than rush a decision that could cause problems later. Protecting my clients' investments has always been my priority.
Much of my work comes through recommendations from existing clients, their families and their friends. That trust means a great deal to me, and I work hard to earn it every day.
Property doesn't always fit neatly into office hours, and neither do I. If a client needs advice or reassurance, I do my best to be available. Knowing you can speak to the same person who understands your situation is something many of my clients value.
London is one of the most diverse cities in the world, and I'm fortunate to work with people from many different backgrounds. While I have strong ties within the Sri Lankan community, Christopher Lily proudly supports landlords, homeowners and investors from across London and beyond.
